Phone triage for all sick patients

If you are feeling sick in any way, do not come to the office. This includes fever, cough, runny nose, short of breath, diarrhea, belly pain, body aches. Call us. We will assess you over the phone to figure out the next steps for your health and services.

Masks required for everyone

Everyone entering our clinic must wear a face mask. If you are having a procedure that requires access to the area covered by a mask, you will be asked to remove the mask only during the procedure itself. All staff will wear masks at all times while in the clinic.

Physical distancing

We ask that you keep your distance from other people while in the office. To accomplish this:

  1. Do not bring additional people to your appointment. One translator will be allowed if required. Additional persons will be asked to wait outside.
  2. Come to your appointment on time. If you are early, you will be asked to wait outside. If you are late, you might not be seen. This allows us to stagger when people are in the office.
  3. We have implemented a no-hand-shaking policy and will limit physical contact during exams.

Appointments

  • We accept appointments online and over the phone. Make, view, or cancel an appointment or call us at 415-409-3456.
  • We accept walk-in customers for hair removal services, but you can easily make an appointment to avoid waiting or to request a particular technician.
  • We require appointments for all other services.
  • We require your credit card information to hold an appointment.
  • Priority is given to customers with appointments.
  • We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to attend to any needed paperwork and let us start pampering you before your service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • Last appointment is 1 hour before closing.

Late arrivals and missed appointments

  • We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee.
  • Less than 10 minutes late: your treatment is shortened accordingly.
  • More than 10 minutes late: we cannot guarantee your appointment, your treatment is shortened accordingly, and a fee applies. this fee is either $50 or the full service cost of your scheduled appointment, whichever is greater.
