Appointments

• Appointments are required for all services.
• We accept appointments online and by phone. Make, view, or cancel an appointment or call us at 415-409-3456.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Arrive 15 minutes early

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to attend to any needed paperwork.

Cancel or reschedule?

Notice to cancel or reschedule must be given at least 72 hours in advance for N-648 appointments or at least 48 hours in advance for all other appointments to avoid a $100 fee.

Late?

If you arrive after your appointment time, you might not be seen, and a late cancellation / no-show fee might be charged.
